If you are feeling overwhelmed, just focus on today.
Some days will just feel like a big struggle and it is a battle just to get through the day. That’s OK. We all have days like that. Some have more than others. Some feel them more deeply and darkly than others, but we all have them at some point and in some form or another.
If you are having one of those days, if you are feeling overwhelmed, stop, breathe. Just focus on today. You don’t need to think beyond today. What do you need to do today and in this moment? Just focus on that (or the first part of that) and don’t think beyond that. Just take one day at a time. One step at a time. One moment at a time. You can do that. It's OK. You've got this.
You are here for a purpose. You are valuable. You are loved. You are capable. You are able. There is TREASURE in you, more than you know. Now is the time to let it show.
