We provide a new way of working for people who want to achieve sustainable performance improvement and positive change without sacrificing their mental wellbeing. We combine performance development theory with psychiatric best practice via an online microlearning approach. We are sponsored by corporate partners who prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their team and also supporting organisations that know that sustainable employment is important for their service users. If specific support is required we also provide one-to-one sessions with our IPS Employment Specialists.
