Full distance triathlon you say?!


I believe we are more and can do more than we imagine. I've been learning to live with an Octagonal Mindset to move from 'survive' to 'thrive'. I had a chance to talk about this at TEDx last year (2018) in Lincoln and now I am being my own guinea pig and really putting the theory to the test by attempting my first full distance triathlon with 9 weeks of training. Full distance triathlon is 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a marathon run of 26.2 miles. It has to be completed in that order and all within 17 hours. This is my first vlog and I'll vlog my training and progress so you can share this journey with me. (Don't panic I have a triathlon coach and I have completed a medical but it is guaranteed to be painful and very messy)!
