Research has shown that meaningful and sustainable employment is the BEST thing for our mental health. It is better than any other psychiatric intervention; better than medication, counselling or any therapy. However, it does not always feel like it.

An Octagonal Mindset applies evidence based research into your daily life so that your work becomes meaningful and sustainable. It can be applied internationally and provides daily tactics and strategies to move from 'survive' to 'thrive' through microlearning (for small or large groups or independent learning).
